Gareth has heaps of energy and enthusiasm which is contagious even when the last thing I feel like doing is exercise. He is very knowledgeable and inventive. I have full confidence in his ability to judge what my body will do, he pushes me but he never asks for too much. He is sensitive to my needs and good at adapting the programme to meet those needs. Gareth Stead has been training me consistently for around 12 months. During that time he has been patient, encouraging and diverse in his training. I've struggled for years with pain in my back and hips, seen various physiotherapists and doctors; the only time my pain has subsided is during and after personal training sessions with Gareth. This is down to his total commitment to each client. Gareth always did his research outside of our hours to ensure the exercises for my hips and back were varied and also went out of his way to look into meal plans/alternative protein sources for my vegetarian diet. I injured my shoulder over 10 years ago. I'd been seen by many different physios and trainers since then but without any significant improvement.
